The staff, room and bed was awesome!
The hotel shuttle pick up from the airport needs work.
Overall the experience was excellent! What a great experience from check in to check out. I felt like a VIP the whole time.

Locations was perfect.
TV was old fashion and not a flat panel. Business center was small. One PC for the size of hotel was out of line.
Hotel was nice. Business center inadequate for its size. TVs in room are not flat screen but old CRT models.

Great price. Location close to airport and cruise port. Used free airport shuttle.

For the price I paid I cold not be happier with this hotel.
The hotel was upscale and close to the airport and Hollywood Casino. I would highly support this facility and recommend to my family and friends.

Tube tv... outdated ammenities.
I like this hotel, I have stayed at it twice in the last few months. Friendly and comedic staff. They convinced me to upgrade to a room with a water bed.
